Fox in a Wildflower Mosaic - Canvas Print

“Fox in a Wildflower Mosaic” curls into itself like a small flame that has decided to nap. Hundreds of tesserae shape its russet coat in bands of tangerine, ember red, cream, and deep brown, while closed eyes lend the face a hush of complete trust. Blue blossoms, white daisies, golden flowers, and leafy stems circle the fox against a pale mosaic ground, making the whole scene feel both handmade and gently enchanted. This canvas print lets every broken-looking piece cooperate in a remarkably peaceful whole.

A fox sleeping so neatly may be conducting important woodland business: perhaps it is counting petals, perhaps it has simply misplaced the rest of the day. The patterned fur resembles overlapping feathers or scales, an amusing illusion created entirely by the carefully placed tiles. In this canvas print, the floral border acts like a cheerful frame for a creature whose tail appears to have become its own soft, fiery blanket.
